It's monsoon season here so we have to expect a little rain and we had a little storm last night. The kids went out to play in it since it's such a unusual event. It didn't last long but it did get pretty windy. I was shocked to see all the damage this morning! We had to take a walk around to check it out.
These first two are right across the street from us.
Way off in the distance a tree is totally sideways with the roots exposed. Apparently this type of tree is pretty weak although it looks like the sidewalk buckled before the roots snapped.
Our poor park will look so bare and not have any more shade. So sad!
