This birthday girl got to start celebrating right away! I figured since Chase didn't have to go to work until later she should open some presents to have new toys to play with. She loves her cupcake pajamas so she had to wear them on her birthday! Teagan was so funny opening her presents. She had the best facial expressions!
She got some Minnie Mouse toys from Blake and Allison that Brinley was pretty excited about too!
Brinley picked out the wrapping paper and Teagan liked it too!
Checking out the Ariel doll.
She usually has yogurt for breakfast but she talked dad into cereal and she was pretty proud of it.
Trying on her new sunglasses.
Teagan, Brinley and I went to McDonald's for lunch and to play on the toys. Teagan prefers the toys over the food.
Later we met dad at Chuck E Cheese.
Teagan had one bite of pizza and kept trying to sneak off to play.
"The wheels on the bus go 'round and 'round."
This one makes me laugh. Teagan didn't like this ride and kept yelling, "me fall!"
She loved all the rides and putting the tokens in them. She would run over and watch Mason and Brinley play games for a minute but then would grab my hand and take me back to the rides.
The kids helped me make cupcakes and they requested sprinkles on theirs. They were lemon cupcakes with raspberry frosting.
No spoon needed, just put your face in it and eat the frosting!
Then it was time for more presents since her mom waited to the last minute to order everything and had to wrap them while she ate her cupcake.
Yay, food to scatter all over the house!
All the kids love the new scooter Grandma and Grandpa Christensen gave her. It's so cute watching her push it with her feet.
I sure do love this little 2 year old! She's so fun and sweet with the cutest little smile!
Thanks for all the fun gifts!
I had to include these pictures from the other night when the girls helped me make the cupcakes. They were great taste-testers and were very entertaining!
