I love the week after Christmas! Chase is around, there's no more stress to buy presents, the kids have new toys to play with and my family has time off to hang out too! After the snow storm on Christmas Eve, it snowed a few other days and there ended up being quite a bit of snow. Mason loved it and wanted to play in it all the time even though we weren't prepared with appropriate clothes.
He loved throwing snow balls at the door and the wall!
He even did a snow angel.
My dad got a new camera for Christmas and he was playing with it so I took some pictures too. These are some cute subjects!
Mason teaching Grandma how to always have her finger in her nose too.
Mason got a train that blows bubbles and the kids loved it.
Chase installed my parents' new faucet and he had a couple other helpers. At one point Mason turned around to me and told me he wants to do this work when he gets big!
On the 29th we packed everything up in our car (it barely fit) and headed for Arizona. We left in the morning to give us the option of going the whole way or we would stay in Vegas if the kids (or I) were having a hard time. They did really well so we took a few longer stops and kept going. It worked well for Brinley to have two naps and then after dinner we put their pajamas on and the both slept the last couple hours. I thought Brinley looked so cute with her blanket on her lap for some reason!
Doesn't look very comfortable but he had a nice nap!
So glad they were good kids and made the drive go by quickly.

I'm glad Mason likes the snow, that makes one of us!! Good thing the ride wasn't too bad, now you can do it with all 3 of the kids!! :)
